This secures your spot and the time I set aside exclusively for you.    •    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.    •    If an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours, the full treatment fee will be required. This payment will be held as a credit toward your next session, which can be booked at your convenience — it protects the time reserved for you.    •    Refunds are not provided for sessions that have already taken place, except in the rare event of practitioner error or technical fault. ♡ Thank you for understanding.
