What does it entail? 🔸 Cleanse A gentle, natural cream cleanser suitable for all skin types (including sensitive) is used to begin the treatment. A second cleanse is only performed if required based on your skin’s needs. 🔸 Breathwork & Lymphatic Drainage Light, rhythmic breathwork and a lymph-opening sequence help calm the nervous system and activate lymphatic flow. During this stage, a red light therapy lamp is used to support circulation and reduce inflammation. 🔸 Tension Assessment Jaw tension is assessed using quick facial reflexology techniques, including intraoral checks, to understand where deeper release is needed. 🔸 Sculpting Massage The oil component is introduced here to provide glide and enhance relaxation. Precise sculpting strokes work to lift and tone the facial muscles. Facial cups and a jade stone scalp scraper are used to release deeper tension, boost circulation, and support collagen production. 🔸 Intra-oral Massage Performed inside the mouth to target the deeper muscles responsible for jaw tension, TMJ discomfort, and stress. This technique improves mobility, relieves tightness, and enhances facial symmetry. 🔸 Hot Towel Finish The treatment concludes with the buccal work followed by a warm hot towel to soothe the skin and complete the experience.
How often should you get one? Think of this facial treatment as a Fitness Facial Massage that lengthens and strengthens facial muscles, reduces the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, and alleviates poor facial posture and tone. Just like a body work out this facial massage is result driven and targets a non-invasive sculpted and contoured face by massaging away muscular tension and thickened tissue inside the mouth. Therefore frequency of treatment depends entirely on your individual needs & goals. 🔸If you are looking for a general improvement in your skin's appearance, you may want to get a facial massage every 30 days. 🔸If you are looking to enhance & advance on age-defying results, such as wrinkles, fine lines, or puffiness, you may want to get treatments every 14 days for a dedicated amount of time, followed by refresher massages every 3 months. 🔸If you are getting married or preparing for an event, you may want to get a facial massage once a week for 30 or 45 days prior to the special day. 🔸If you experience stress & anxiety, lymphatic drainage massage can leave you feeling amazingly rejuvenated and relaxed. 🔸If you have any underlying health conditions, it is important to talk to your doctor before getting buccal or lymphatic facial massages.
